I represented an elderly client that was the injured and was the victim of fraud and theft by thieves using a forged power of attorney and forged deed. Pre-trial offer was $2,500.00.

I was co-counsel representing a maritime worker that was injured when a negligent employee struck him in the head with a bell hammer attached to a crane. Pre-trial offer was $0.00.

State v. DS

Client was charged with Burglary with a Battery as a Felony Punishable By Life in Prison! My investigation and aggressive negotiations with the prosecutor led to ALL charges against my client being dismissed.

100,000.00 Plaintiff's Settlement

DA v. PHW

I represented an elderly client that was the victim of a hit and run accident. I prepared to file a civil suit on behalf of my client alleging personal injury and bad faith. As a result of my preparation of the lawsuit, the insurance company tendered their policy limits of $100,000.00.

State v. RC

Client was riding a moped and a negligent driver turned in front of him. He was taken to the hospital and received treatment for his injuries. Insurance company tendered policy limits and paid all medical bills.

Sex Sting Amended to Non-Sex Offense.

State v. CE

Client was charged with Felony Traveling to Meet and Minor and Felony Using a Computer to Solicit a Minor. Original offer was open plea to court with potential department of corrections sentence. Client pled to probation with early termination.

Child Custody Modification Suit Dismissed

AW v. CH

Client had joint custody with her child’s father. Child’s father filed a custody action seeking emergency pick-up and change of custody by filing falsified UCCJEA affidavits and petitions in a court that was not the home state of the child. I filed a motion to dismiss based on lack of jurisdiction (subject matter and personal). Child’s father dismissed the case to avoid sanctions and attorney’s fees. My client retained full custody of her minor child.

Felony Leaving the Scene of Accident with Injury or Death Dismissed

State v. JG 

I represented a client charged with a Florida Leaving the Scene of an Accident Involving Injury or Death. He was facing a 3 year prison offer. After my independent investigation, the State could not prove the Felony charge against my client. They dismissed and my client got a reduced charge of misdemeanor leaving the scene with a time served offer. 

Violent Felony Battery Case Dismissed

State v. DH. 
Client was charged with Felony Battery by Strangulation, and his initial offer was incarceration. I pursued an aggressive defense strategy that resulted in the case being dismissed before trial. 

Felony Aggravated Battery on a Pregnant Woman Dismissed

My client was charged with Florida Felony Aggravated Battery on a Pregnant Woman and was facing a prison sentence. My independent investigation and presentment to the State resulted in all charges against my client being dismissed!

I represented a client that was arrested for Felony Scheme to Defraud and he faced 30 years in prison. Client was on probation for a similar crime. Aggressive negotiations and exculpatory evidence led to the case being dismissed.

Military client sought a divorce from his spouse prior to his PSC. I was able to get the case filed and the the divorce granted prior to his change in duty station. Total time took less than one month and my client did not have to appear in court.

My client’s wife had a minor son that was sexually abused by her former husband (the child’s biological father). My client, over the last 15 years, grew close to the minor child and became more of a father to the minor child than his biological father. I was hired to assist with the adoption. I filed the action and completed the joyous proceeding in less than one month from being retained.

Child Support Increased

In Re: MLL

I represented a client that sought to have child support increased from her former husband that had a substantial increase in his income, which he hid from the court during the proceedings. I filed a motion of modification of child support and I was able to increase my client’s monthly child support by 60%. Case completed within one month of being retained. 

Family Contempt of Court Dismissed

In Re: HV 
My client was in arrears of his monthly alimony payments in the amount of 3,500 per month. Former wife filed a motion for contempt and sought to have my client arrested until payment was made as he was paying for his airplane and hanger, but not his alimony. I was able to defeat the motion for contempt and avoid any incarceration or negative ruling against my client. And he kept his air plane and hanger.

Misdemeanor Violation of a Domestic Violence Injunction Dismissed

State v. DG

I represented a client charged with a Florida misdemeanor violation of a domestic injunction. He was facing jail time and probation. I conducted discovery, deposition, and investigation. The State dismissed the charges after presentment of mitigating defense evidence.

Sex Sting Amended to Non-Sex Offense

Client was charged with Felony Traveling to Meet and Minor and Felony Using a Computer to Solicit a Minor. Original Plea offer was six years in prison, and four years of sex offender probation. Plead to NON-SEX Offense, No Sex Offender Registration, and No Prison.

Felony Sex Crime Dismissed

Client was charged with Felony Traveling to Meet and Minor and Felony Using a Computer to Solicit a Minor. Original Plea offer was six years in prison followed by four years of sex offender probation and life time sex offender registration. I got the Case Dismissed.

1st Degree Misdemeanor Dismissed

State v. CP

I represented a client charged with violating the Mayor’s Quarantine Rules and Regulations. He was facing a year in jail and a $5,000.00. I was able to get his case dismissed!

$100,000.00 Plaintiff's Settlement

Client was sitting on a bench when a negligent driver jumped the curb and struck her. I presented a demand to the insurance company and prepared a lawsuit on behalf of my client. Insurance adjuster escalated the claim to their Litigation Section. Insurance company promptly tendered $100,000.00 settlement.

1st Degree Misdemeanor Dismissed

State v. MS

I represented a client charged with violating the Mayor’s Quarantine Rules and Regulations. He was facing a year in jail and a $5,000.00. I was able to get his case dismissed!

$35,000.00 Dog Bite Settlement

Client was a home installation specialist that was on a job-site. The homeowner’s dog jumped and bit the client on the chin. The Insurance company paid all medical bills and tendered settlement at mediation. .

Felony Unlicensed Contractor Sting Dismissed

State v. CP

Client was charged with felonies and misdemeanors in an Unlicensed Contractor Sting. The arrest was during his citizenship process. He would have been denied citizenship if convicted. I got all charges dismissed and client was granted citizenship.

Felony Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon Case Dismissed

State v. RC

Client was charged with Felony Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Domestic Battery.  I prepared the case for trial and presented defenses resulting in all charges being dismissed.

I represent a roofing contracting company that was not paid for its work. I drafted a lien and a lawsuit and presented it to the defendant. The Defendant promptly paid the balance of the contract.

In re: AAY LLC.

I successfully brokered and drafted settlement agreements between disputing business partners resulting in favorable settlements, survival of the business, and continued friendship of the owners without the need for costly litigation.

Mo v. DC

My client had a tenant that refused to pay rent or vacate the property. I had the case file, the defendant served, and the eviction granted with 5 days of filing the complaint. The defendant refused to leave and I coordinated with the sheriff’s office and had the defendant out the same day. 

Employee victory

HB v. SB

I represented an employee that was being threatened by her former employer over her resignation and the return of a signing bonus. I prepared a suit for violations of Family Medical Leave Act and the employer quickly resolved the issue in my client’s favor.

ARS, Inc. v. Dr. RS, MD

I represented a roofing contracting business that had a contract for a new roof on a house for a successful doctor. The doctor received a new roof built perfectly, but refused to pay. I prepared a lien and a lawsuit and presented the same to the defendant. He promptly tendered the balance of the contract. 

Uncontested Divorce Granted

In Re: JC

I represented a client that sought an uncontested divorce from her husband. I was able to facilitate the divorce action and get the process completed and the couple divorced within 4 weeks and without my client appearing in court at all.

EHS MG, Inc. v. TRG, Inc. 

I represented a company that had an employment placement contract with a large New York Restaurant. My client placed a high-value employee with the Restaurant, but the restaurant refused to pay the contact fee. I sued on behalf of my client and won a judgment for the entire amount of the commission of $15,000.00 plus costs.

State v. DC

My client was charged with careless driving. I took the case to hearing and my client case was resolved without a conviction or negative consequences to his driving record (no conviction, no points). 

Danger Hearing Dismissed

State v. CH

My client was classified as a Florida Violent Felony Offender of Special Concern and was required to have a Danger Hearing. I prevailed in the hearing and my client was proven to not be a danger to the community. Because the client was not considered a danger, the court was permitted to sentence the defendant to less than the maximum sentence of 15 years in prison. The client received a time-served sentence and was released!

State v. KR – 1 

I represented a client that was charged with Florida Felony Stalking After Injunction. State was seeking two years in Florida State Prison. I filed a Motion to Dismiss and the state settled the case with No Conviction, No Prison, and time served.

I represented a client that was charged with Florida Felony Stalking After Injunction. State was seeking two years in Florida State Prison. I filed a Motion to Dismiss and the state settled the case with No Conviction, No Prison, and time served. 

Conviction Overturned

State v. KG

My client was charged with careless driving and driving on a suspended license. I got his convictions overturned which took 6 points off his license. His insurance was reduced by hundreds of dollars a month, and he kept his job on a car lot.

State v. ML 

I represented a client that was charged with Florida Possession of Paraphernalia and the state was seeking the maximum sentence of 60 days in jail. I successfully negotiated with the State and they offered a no jail and no probation offer.  

$700,000.00 Judgment Avoided

RB v. MM et al.  

I represented clients that were being sued for more than 750,000.00 plus attorney’s fees and costs. I was the third lawyer on the case and I was hired just before trial. After I prepared the case for trial, the Plaintiff agreed to settle the case in full for less than 10% of their demand.

Personal Injury Uninsured Policy Limit Settlement

JF v. SF

My client was injured in an accident with an uninsured driver. She presented an uninsured motorist claim to her own insurance company. Her carrier fought her on settlement. I was hired and prepared a Bad Faith lawsuit against her insurance company. They immediately tendered the policy limits to my client.

Felony Burglary and Criminal Mischief Dismissed

State v. GB

I represented a client that was charged with Florida Burglary and Criminal Mischief. The State wanted prison! My independent investigation uncovered multiple witnesses not disclosed by the State or the police. I got the felony case dismissed!   

Felony Probation Violation Dismissed

State v. RB-1.  

I represented a client charged with a Florida Felony Violation of Probation based on a new law violation. I got the underlying new case dismissed and then I got the probation violation dismissed. No only was the probation violation dismissed, but I also got the probation terminated 4 years early.

My client was charged with a second Florida Felony Violation of Probation for a new law violation. I got the new law violation dismissed as well as the felony probation violation dismissed. I also got his probation terminated early.

My client was charged with an enhanced Florida Driving Under the Influence with a BAC Over .15. He was facing potential jail, a year of probation, fines, suspensions, an interlock device, and community service. I got the charge reduced to reckless driving with the State minimums.

I represented a client charged with a grand theft and had her life savings taken from her as she was arrested with a large amount of cash in her possession. After I got the felony charge dismissed, law enforcement could not overcome their burden in the asset forfeiture and had to return my client’s money. 

Grand Theft Over 50,000.00 Dismissed

State v. HV

I represented a client charged with Florida Grand Theft over $50,000.00. After my independent investigation, the state dismissed all charges against my client. 

No Conviction - Felony White Collar Crime

State v. RB

My client was charged with felony trafficking in Fraudulent Credit Cards and was facing a prison sentence. I negotiated a plea offer that resulted in No Conviction and No prison with the possibility of early termination of probation. 

Civil Asset Forfeiture Returned

State v. HV et al. 

I represented a client charged with a grand theft and had her life savings taken from her as she was arrested with a large amount of cash in her possession. After I got the felony charge dismissed, law enforcement could not overcome their burden in the asset forfeiture and had to return my client’s money.

I represented a client charged with federal food stamp fraud through his business. I resolved the case for a small fine and temporary suspension of his EBT business in lieu of permanent revocation of his EBT and extensive fines and penalties.

State v. JS 

I represented a client charged with unlicensed contracting. Please offer was 1 year of probation, community service, fines exceeding 2,000.00 (state and county), and court costs. My investigation presented a solid defense that the state was unable to overcome. The State dismissed all charges. 

Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon Dismissed

I represented a client charged with Florida Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. The charge carried mandatory prison. I got the Felony dismissed.

I represented a client that was attempted to purchase a business. I was hired for legal counsel and due diligence investigations. My team, including a forensic accountant, uncovered many inaccuracies in books and records of the business and helped the client avoid a bad purchase.

I represented a client that was being threatened by a former employer for breach of contract and non-compete. I presented numerous defenses and counter-claims. The former employer signed a release and did not take action against my client.

My client was in jail on an unrelated crime of violence. While in custody he was on video conducting an unprovoked attack on another inmate. He was facing prison. I resolved the case to a time-served offer.

Case Settled. Client was sued for breach of contract. Plaintiff sought more than 30,000.00. After presenting defenses and raising counter-claims, the case settled for less than 5% of asking. 

STATE v. SW

Criminal Case Dismissed. Client was charged with drug possession and his co-defendant got charged with Drug Trafficking. I got my client’s case dismissed entirely with no incarceration or probation. 

WDF, LLC v. AOI

Settlement Tendered. Commercial client owned a vehicle damaged in an auto-accident. Insurance company refused to tender. I was hired and negotiated a complete settlement for my client. 

STATE v. CK

Criminal Case Dismissed. Client was charged with multiple counts of felony possession of a controlled substance. State sought prison. I got the case dismissed entirely without incarceration or probation. 

LVNV F, LLC v. RH

Case Settled. Client lost his pro se civil case resulting in a judgment of nearly $8,000.00. Plaintiff was seeking to collect judgment plus attorney’s fees. Negotiated a settlement of less than 40% of the total. 

STATE v. LR

Reduced Felony Sentence. Client was charged with Violation of Felony Probation for a violent crime. The basis of his violation was a violent crime. Successfully negotiated a drastically reduced sentence. 

STATE v. KL

Mandatory Minimum Sanction. Client was charged Driving Under the Influence >.15 with Personal Injury and Property Damage. Original offer was 45 days in county jail. I got the charge reduced to state minimums with no jail.

STATE v. CC

Mandatory Minimum Sanctions. Client was arrested for a 3rd DUI while his 2nd was pending. Original offer was 9 months of jail and life-time license revocation. I resolved both DUIs to mandatory minimums without lifetime revocation of his driving privileges. 

STATE v. RC

SEX STING CASE. REDUCED TO NON-SEX Client was charged with Felony Traveling to Meet a Minor or Sex. Original offer was 4 years in prison and sex offender registration for life.  I resolved the case for a non-sex charge, no registration, and no prison.

KK v. JJ

Case Dismissed. Client was charged with domestic violence injunction. Petitioner was seeking permanent injunction. I was able to get the case dismissed with no injunction. 

STATE v. JR

No Jail. Client was charged with Disorderly Intoxication and was a jail sentence of 30 days. I successfully negotiated a credit for time served offer without probation.  

STATE v. AS

Case Dismissed. Client was charged with domestic battery. As a direct result of my investigation, I was able to get the case dismissed. 

BOND REDUCED

State v. XR
Client was charged with Burglary and was issued no bond. I represented the client at his bond hearing. Over the state’s objection, I secured a bond he could afford. 

Alimony Reduced

In re: JN v. KN
I represented the husband in a divorce. Former wife was seeking an increase in alimony. I successfully defended the increase and I got the alimony reduced. 

Withhold of Adjudication

JP v. AIP, INC. 
My client was entitled to unpaid wages. Employer refused to pay. I sent a demand and prepared to file suit. Employer paid all wages owed plus attorney’s fees. 

RY v. AW, Inc.

Case Settled. Client’s cell phone erroneously provided callers with a message that he did pay his bill. Got client fully compensated for his damages for the violation of State and Federal Consumer Collections Act. 

KZ v. SCCU, Inc.

Case Settled. Client was the victim of a car lot that sold her car before she purchased a new car. The dealer then forced placed a loan that went into collections. I got the collections stopped and the client compensated for her trouble.

Case Settled. Client purchased a used car from a dealer. Dealer made many fraudulent misrepresentations, but refused to return client’s money. My investigation proved the fraud and the dealer reimbursed my client in full.

Case Settled. Client was being charged for commercial services that they did not receive. Company refused to refund. Client hired me to resolve case. I was able to get complete refund for the Client. 

STATE v. DR

CASE RESOLVED. Client was charged with excessive speed. Represented client at a bench trial and got the case resolved without conviction. No points on his license and no negative result on his insurance. 

MM v. JM

Child Support Increased. Client’s former spouse had a large increase in annual income, but refused to pay child support. I was able to get client’s monthly support increased nearly 40%.

Client Paid in Full. Professional Client had a commercial building that the tenant failed to pay rent. I successfully negotiated a resolution with tenant that got Client paid in full and brought tenant into compliance.

PERSONAL INJURY SETTLEMENT. Client was injured in a rear-end auto accident. Insurance company refused to settle. I was hired and quickly got the client fully compensated for his injuries and damage.

BOND GRANTED. Client was charged with Burglary of an Occupied Dwelling and was given No Bond.  I represented the client during a Bond Hearing and I was able to secure the Defendant a bond he could afford, which got him out of jail.

CONTEMPT DISMISSED. Client was the subject of a Contempt Motion related to his dissolution of marriage action. His former wife was seeking increased alimony and contempt. I was able to get the motion dismissed and his alimony reduced.

CASE DISMISSED. Client was facing prosecution for excessive speed. I represented client during a bench trial and got the case dismissed without any adverse action to his driving privilege.

PERSONAL INJURY CASE SETTLED. Client was injured through a defectively manufactured product. Company refused to settle with him. I was hired and quickly got the client fully compensated for his injuries. 

AM v. BH, INC.

CASE SETTLED. Client hired a custom builder to build their house. Builder breached the contract and refused to return clients’ money. I was hired and quickly resolved the case getting the clients fully reimbursed including their attorney’s fees.

Contract Review. Clients were contracting to build a custom home. A national builder provided them with a contract. I successfully negotiated more favorable terms to the contract, which led the clients to enter the deal protected.

EVICTION GRANTED. Professional client was out of state and had tenants that refused to pay rent. I represented her getting non-paying tenants evicted from her rental property.

Foreclosure Avoided. Client was facing foreclosure of his residence based on non-payment. I successfully advised client on his rights, which led to a favorable settlement with the lender.

CASE DISMISSED. Client had multiple judgments against him and the judgment creditors were attempted to collect and froze Client’s accounts. Client hired me to resolve case and unfreeze his assets .

TRIAL CONSULTANT. I was hired by a law firm to prepare digital trial exhibits and provide expert services and IT support related to trial.

CASE DISMISSED. Client was the subject of a foreclosure action. Based on the Bank’s bad record keeping and fraudulent files, the case was dismissed.

BENCH TRIAL. I was hired by business owner facing a commercial eviction. Successfully represented Defendant at trial avoiding extensive damage verdict.

CASE SETTLED PRIOR TO TRIAL. Client was injured in a rear-end collision. He hired one of those “TV” law firms that tried to get him to take a low-ball offer. I was hired, and I quickly got the client fully compensated for his injuries

CASE DISMISSED. Client was facing judgment collections and was scheduled for extensive litigation and collections. I was hired and I defeated the Plaintiff’s efforts and got the case dismissed without cost to client.

CLIENT PAID IN FULL. Client was a special forces veteran that was the victim of a theft on his return from deployment. He had valuable firearms stolen and the insurance company refused to tender payment. I was able to get the client paid in full plus attorney’s fees and costs.

I represented a client that purchased a luxury automobile under a highly unfavorable loan. Client did not pay the loan and was sued for the balance. During mediation, plaintiff accepted a drastically reduced confidential settlement without a judgement.
